Craig Dean has accumulated over three decades of business development and strategic sales expertise in the inter-related Built Environment Industries including: Commercial Real Estate Consulting and Development, Architectural Design, Construction and Commercial Office Furniture. His expansive personal and professional network is effectively utilized as a comprehensive tool in capturing new business opportunities. Craig has also developed an impressive roster of client relationships and iconic projects in the Washington, DC metropolitan region. Over his career, Craig has developed a strong track record of forging profitable new business relationships and repeat-customer engagements.
As Managing Director of Dean Development Group, Craig oversees the firm’s business development efforts. Prior to forming Dean Development Group, Craig served as Director of Business Development for Corenic Construction Group and Marshall Moya Design. In addition, he has enjoyed a 20-year career in the Commercial Furniture Industry at both the regional dealership and national manufacturer levels. Craig earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Urban Planning and Public Administration from the University of Maryland, College Park.
Outside of the business arena, Craig serves as the President of The Kappa Community Development Foundation, Incorporated and is also a former Board Member and the immediate past President of the African American Real Estate Professionals, Inc.
